Hull scored 187 runs in nine matches, with an average of 31.17 and a 68.5 strike rate.
Old Bar's Damon Minett can change all this in one inning when the competition resumes in January. He's just five runs behind Hull and has played one less game.
Taree West's big hitter Paul Cox (177), Great Lakes' Blake Clark (160) and Taree United all-rounder Murray McCartney (157) have also been among the runs.
McCartney and team mate Ricky Campbell lead the competition for most boundaries, with 25 and 24 respectively.
Gloucester's Johny Cornelius must be taking some notes from the Big Bash League. He has the most sixes for the competition with 11 in seven matches. The next best is Ben Clark, from Great Lakes, with six.
Meanwhile, Taree United's Danial Stone heads into the mid-season break of the Manning second grade cricket competition as the leading wicket taker with 19. Stone took the wickets in just seven matches and boasts an average of 7.32 and economy rate of 2.68.
Taree West's Jamil Ahmad and Gloucester's pace ace Jye Barkwill are close behind with 17 wickets each.
Ben Reynolds, from Gloucester, has the only five wicket haul so far this season. He claimed 5/21 against Old Bar in round two.
All Manning cricket and Mid North Coast Premier League matches were called off last Saturday without a ball being bowled.
That means second grade players get an extra week off for the mid season hiatus.

Taree United leads the competition, three points clear of reigning premiers Great Lakes.
There is a decent gap to Old Bar and Taree West, with Gloucester hanging on in fifth place on 21 points. Wingham remain anchored to the bottom of the ladder on six points.
Third grade still has one round to play before the break, weather permitting. Bulahdelah and Pacific Palms will look to break their deadlock at the top of the table.
The final round of the premier league before the Christmas break will also take place this Saturday.
Wingham will take on Rovers while Port Pirates host Wauchope.
