Forster siblings Braydan and Sophia Lee both turned in strong results at the 2020 NSW Country Regional Meet at Woy Woy.

Held on January 25 and 26, the event was seen as something of a warm-up for the 2020 NSW Country Championships in February.
Braydan used the opportunity well, winning both the 14-year boys 100m and 200m freestyle events.
He also finished second in the 14-year boys 100m backstroke and 50m butterfly.
Younger sister Sophia also performed strongly, finishing third in the 11-year girls 50m butterfly.

Forster and Taree YMCA swimming coach, Peter Sanders, said both swimmers were coming along nicely.
"Sophia's looking good for future years," he said.
"Braydan is developing in his strength and power and looking good as well."
Mr Sanders said he expected around 15 swimmers from the Manning-Great Lakes area to compete at the country championships.
"There's a good young stable coming through," he confirmed.
