Over 100 competitors are expected to compete in the two-day event, which will see some of the nation's most promising young surfers compete for a range of prizes, both in and out of the water.
Surfing NSW CEO Luke Madden said competitors will be looking to gain early form at the event.
“We expect competitors will be pumped to get their campaign off to a flying start this weekend," he said.
The series is regarded as one of the major “stepping stones” in the development of young Australian surfers which caters for groms from under 8 to under 14.
The respective winners of the under 14 boys’ and girls’ divisions from each event will receive an invite to attend an all-expenses paid, three day surf camp at the Hurley Surfing Australia High-Performance Centre.
The series will be decided across 10 events in NSW, Victoria, South Australia, Queensland, Western Australia and Tasmania.
