The two public exhibitions, of the DA and planning proposal, opened on May 17 and will run until Friday June 16.
The project team will be available at three drop-in sessions at the Forster council office to answer questions.
The first drop-in session, on Monday May 29 from 7am to 9am will allow local businesses to come along and have their queries answered.
Following that session, a community drop-in session will run from 10am to 12pm, which is open to everyone.
On Wednesday May 31 an evening community drop-in session from 5pm to 7pm will be held for those that couldn't make one of the earlier sessions.
