The meeting was held at Forster Keys on Sunday, January 29 to a crowd of around 300 people.
Ten boats took part in one-to-one races, a junior display, hydro runs and vintage boats.
Rhonda said there were local boats as well as those from as far as Wauchope, Raymond Terrace and Sydney. She said, ‘everything went to plan’.
“It was a very, very good day,” Rhonda said.
“The club were thankful for the assistance of the SES and Roads and Maritimes Service (RMS). They put in a huge effort.”
Rhonda said the club is looking forward to a massive weekend of boating with the Forster Boaties Reunion on July 1 and 2.
Rhona added, the club gained three new members on the weekend but they are always looking for more members.
