By the time the local Fire and Rescue crew reached Monday night’s fire at Graham Barclays Oysters, flames were leaping 100 feet into the air. Here Forster based firefighter Tim Croker shares his images and footage from the night.

Up to 30 firefighters from Forster, Taree and Wingham were called to put out the fire that police are treating as suspicious. Having earned his firefighting stripes in Sydney, Tim said it wasn’t the biggest fire he has fought, but it’s the largest one he has fought here.
