A selection of photos from the collection were previously published on the clickHistory Great Lakes facebook page and so far has had followers stumped as to who this collection may belong to.
The only written information clickHistory volunteers have to go by is an inscription on the reverse of this portrait which reads: ‘From Stan, to Ivy’. Several were portraits produced by Dungog photographic studio.

The photos, dating as far back as 1890, are from the Great Lakes Museum’s archive and are currently being researched and documented in preparation for uploading to the clickHistory Great Lakes database - a joint project between the Great Lakes Library and Great Lakes Museum to build a permanent online searchable database of local history images.
If you have any clues or would like to view the rest of the mystery collection clickHistory volunteers would love to hear from you. You can contact them online at: www.clickhistorygreatlakes.wordpress.com or by phoning the Great Lakes Museum on 6554 6275 (Tuesday to Thursday from 10am to 2pm).
