Over Thursday, Saturday and Sunday nights police laid 23 charges including assaulting police, resisting arrest, affray, drink driving and possessing a prohibited drug.
There were more than 360 random breath tests carried out across the region, with 35 people searched and 33 inspections of licensed venues. Two people were issued infringement notices for failing to quit a licensed premises.
Despite the charges and arrests, police from the Manning Great Lakes praised the behaviour of the majority of visitors and locals.
