Two are from Forster-Tuncurry. They are second rowers Ken Emerton and Dean Basham.
Wauchope lock Wally Dylko and Taree United winger/centre Mark Hogan are the others.
Emerton was a member of the powerful Forster-Tuncurry sides from 1968 to 1970.
In that time the Hawks won two premierships and were grand finalists the third.
Tony Paskins, one of the original hall of fame inductees, was the captain-coach.
The Hawks were runners up in the Claytons Cup in 1968 - awarded then to the most successful team and also the North Coast champions on one occasion.
The barnstorming Emerton was a key player in the era and was among the first picked in representative teams.
Dylko played at the same time as Emerton.
He was a ball playing, cover defending lock forward who was a regular in Group Three representative teams and is generally rated as among the best locks to have plied their trade in this competition.
Hogan had a long association with Taree United, starting as a 17-year-old in 1973 when he made his first grade debut.
He represented North Coast and in 1974 played on the wing for Country Seconds.
He retired after playing in United's premiership win in 1983.
Basham played more than 250 games for the Hawks in the 1990s to mid-2000s.
He regularly represented and captained Group 3 and North Coast and was a member of premier Forster sides of 1998, 2004 and 2011.
He also captain-coached the Hawks.
Basham is the first player from the 1990-2000 area to be included in the hall of fame.
