The Nabiac Hotel and the Royal Hotel, Taree have been named as COVID-19 exposure sites, while Greenhouse Cafe, Nabiac management has posted a message on its Facebook page informing the public a customer who visited on October 2 has tested positive.

"We have notified our staff, NSW Health, our local MP, and now you," the post said.
"Our five staff members who were working on Saturday, are being very proactive and are getting tested as we believe they will be considered casual contacts.
"We conduct a deep-clean of the cafe every afternoon and adhere to all regulations and guidelines throughout the day to ensure the safety of our customers and our staff.
"We are making this announcement early for the safety of our whole community.
"We love and appreciate our community and we want everyone safe."
The cafe is waiting for advice from NSW Health.
Hunter New England Health (HNEH) has advised that anyone who attended the following venues on the specified dates and times are casual contacts (unless they have been notified by NSW Health that they are a close contact) and must get tested and isolate until a negative test result is received.
Nabiac Hotel, Nabiac
- Wednesday, September 29 from 4pm and 5.25pm
- Friday, October 1 from 5.05pm and 6.40pm
The Royal Hotel, Taree
- Friday, October 1 from 6:40-7:10pm
Greenhouse Cafe, Nabiac
- Saturday, October 2
