If you have a favourite business that's done great things over the last 12 months, show your appreciation by nominating them to receive a Thank You Hamper supported by MidCoast Council and local chambers of commerce.
"We've seen amazing resilience and adaptation by our businesses as they've tackled each of these challenges, but there's no doubt that these events have taken their toll on many business operators across the Mid Coast," Ms Brennan said.
MidCoast Council is partnering with the MidCoast Business Chamber, Forster Tuncurry Business Chamber, Business Taree, Harrington Crowdy Head, Old Bar Manning Point and Wingham chambers and we've been blown away by the level of support we received from the chambers."
MidCoast Business Chamber president, John Stevens said his group was very happy to get behind this program.

"A thank you hamper may seem like a small thing to do, but it serves as another reminder to local businesses that there is a caring community surrounding them and this is supported across the region," Mr Stevens said.
The hampers will be chock-full of goodies including #shopmidcoast gift cards and locally produced products and we're asking everyone to nominate a local business that could really do with a reward, to receive a thank you hamper.
"By sourcing locally produced goods for the hampers, we're also supporting local businesses to get back on their feet," Ms Brennan said.
"The hamper products showcase the diversity of businesses in the Mid Coast and are a great way to let businesses know what's in their own big backyard, encourage collaboration and promote a strong and inclusive economy."
