The website uses the same address as before, but has been completely redesigned.
Dr Gillespie said the website was easier to navigate and provided a range of community services that were not previously available online, such as congratulatory message requests.
Another new feature is the 'Gillespie Grant Finder', which provides a comprehensive list of grant and funding opportunities available to local businesses, community groups, not-for-profits and individuals.
Dr Gillespie said the free service meant community members would never miss a grant opportunity again.
"Once you register you will receive email alerts for new grants; you can also save your favourites and manage your funding application process," he said.
"I am pleased to partner with GrantGuru to provide you with this service."

Dr Gillespie said the website enabled residents across the Lyne electorate - which spanned 16,099 square kilometres - to keep in touch and informed of his activities and speeches in Canberra, and also to nominate local projects of importance.
He said social media was also heavily incorporated into the website, with a Facebook feed on the home page as well as links to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
The My Newsroom feature provides the latest news and updates as well as speeches from Canberra and across the region.
"New features to come include updates on and projects that have been delivered across the Lyne electorate," Dr Gillespie said.
