The meeting will be livestreamed from 2pm tomorrow, Wednesday, November 18.
Members of the community can watch the proceedings via a link on the council website.
At the meeting, a report will update councillors on the work underway on the new administration and customer service centre on Biripi Way.
MidCoast Council general manager, Adrian Panuccio said the project was on track for staff to move into the building on 4 January 2021, and open to the community on 7 January 2021.
"The report indicates the project is forecast to be completed on budget, which is pleasing," Mr Panuccio said.
"This project has had a positive impact on the local economy by supplying work for local contractors."
Mr Panuccio said to the end of September, of the 42 trades on site at the building, an average of 44 per cent have been contractors from within the Mid Coast local government area, with a further 34 per cent from other regional towns, particularly the Port Macquarie area.
Local support services such as accommodation and cafes have also benefitted from the remaining 22 per cent of contractors who have come from a metropolitan area to undertake work on the project.

Following the completion of the audit process, councillors will also consider council's 2019-20 financial reports for submission to the Office of Local Government.
This is required to take place by November 30.
Council's annual report for the 2019-20 year will also be tabled at the meeting.
This report contains a range of information on council activities, achievements and progress during the reporting period.
