Member for Myall Lakes Stephen Bromhead said the grant would allow for the old kiosk to be demolished and replaced with a new multi-purpose kiosk.
Little Plain Showground at Elands also received $6000 for upgrades as part of the announcement.
"These upgrades at Nabiac and Little Plain showgrounds will support local jobs while improving facilities and infrastructure," Mr Bromhead said.
"Our regional communities will benefit from better showground facilities and stronger infrastructure that can serve generations into the future.
"The current infrastructure at Nabiac means community groups have been limited to serving commercially produced snacks and drinks.
"I'm proud to support the construction of the new multi-purpose kiosk which will be a game-changer for Nabiac Showgrounds.
"The new multi-purpose facility will support safe food preparation, handling and serving for users of all ages and abilities.
"Minimising disruption for community groups, the old kiosk will remain operational as the new facility is constructed.
"This funding follows more than $235,000 which was put towards upgrades at Taree, Wingham, Nabiac and Bulahdelah showgrounds in the last round."

Minister for water, housing and property Melinda Pavey said the COVID-19 stimulus program had allocated $35.77 million to showground improvement projects across the State.
"We provided $23.27 million last financial year to support upgrades at 152 showgrounds and now a further $12.5 million has been allocated for this financial year to support more work at 76 showgrounds," Ms Pavey said.
"So far the COVID-19 stimulus program has supported over 1330 jobs on showground projects across the State, providing work for tradespeople, suppliers and fabricators, and this further $12.5 million will support more improvements and jobs."
