The home side managed 214 runs in the first innings before Wingham's batting collapsed to score just 28.
The Dolphins got off to a shaky start and at one stage were 3/25. But the side's middle order steadied the ship and Blake Clark went on to top score with an unbeaten 58.
Sam Hull (39), Drew Townsend (29) and Landon Blissett (27) also chipped in with the bat.
Timothy Rees was the best of the bowlers for Wingham, picking up 3/27.
In the reply, Will Clark and former Mid North Coast Premier League player Sam Whitbread got their seasons off on the right foot to dismantle Wingham.
Clark finished with an incredible 4/2 to clean up the tail while lighting struck three times for Whitbread to wipe out the top order.
Drew Townsend was named player of the match.
The memorial game is played annually in memory of Lleyton Blissett, who was killed in a car accident in 2018.
In third grade, Dave Webster belted a century to steer Gold to victory over Green in the Great Lakes derby.
Gold finished 5/199 after their 40 overs but sublime bowling from Jake McCarthy, Matthew Britza and Jake Herivel reduced Green to 106 runs.
Pacific Palms was unable to mark their return to Manning cricket in style against Bulahdelah.
Bulahdelah's batsmen shared the runs to post 155 after 40 overs.
Nick Montague and Evan Duckworth got Palms off to a good start in the reply but the side was eventually dismissed for 112.
Other results saw Old Bar defeat Old Bar-Harrington, Taree West Strikers bested Taree West Heat and Wingham knocked off Taree United.
Meanwhile, several Great Lakes players back up their performances in Last Man Stands (LMS) matches at Tuncurry Oval on Sunday.
In the two matches between Forster Mowers and Happy Hitters, 550 runs were scored and 20 wickets were taken. All this in only four hours of cricket.
He didn't pick up player of the match honours in either game but Rhett MacGregor was the best batsman on ground.
He notched a half century in both matches.
Damien Bestwick (2/24 from four overs) was the pick of the bowlers in the first match with Shae Smyth (3/7 from two overs) in the second game.
This was the first LMS match day at the ground. Both sides thanked curator Warrick Chapman for preparing the pitch.
