Participants in the local Get Into Rugby program are in store for a treat this Friday, August 7, when a number of former Wallabies' players join them for their final session at Nabiac's Aub Ferris Oval.

Morgan Turinui, Adam Freier and Stephen Hoiles will be on hand to pass on their skills and knowledge to the next generation of rugby enthusiasts from the region.
Dual code international, Wendall Sailor, may also make an appearance, although this is yet to be confirmed.

Lower Mid North Coast Junior Rugby president, Aaron Dodds, said the former Wallabies would assist each age group with their skills-based development sessions, before playing a game of rugby with them and conducting a question and answer session.
He believed it would be an invaluable experience for the young players.
"It's a sensational opportunity for the youth of the Lower Mid North Coast to learn from the best," Mr Dodds said.
Postponed because of COVID-19, the Get Into Rugby program got underway in mid-July, attracting kids aged between six and 14 to Nabiac each Friday evening to develop their rugby skills.
