Both Mitchell and Addo-Carr were both issued a $1000 public infringement notice in April for non-essential travel after a small group gathered at Mitchell's property near Taree.
COVID-19 restrictions at the time prohibited NSW residents from leaving their homes without a reasonable excuse.
Mitchell was later charged with giving a firearm to a person not authorised by licence or permit.
He later surrendered three guns to Taree police and had his firearms licence suspended.
Addo-Carr was charged with using an unauthorised firearm.
The Sydney Morning Herald reported that both matters were mentioned at Taree Local Court today, Tuesday, August 4 where Mitchell's lawyer entered the guilty plea.
Mitchell did not attend the court and will be sentenced on November 9.
Addo-Carr did not enter a plea, with the case to return to court in September.
