FMNC technical director Larry Budgen said the program would allow players to keep their skills sharp until competition resumes.
"The HTP is designed so all players can continue football practice by themselves in their own home," he said.
"When organised football activities resume you can still continue with the home training program as additional football work."
The program is comprised of goal-setting exercises, warm up exercises, ball mastery drills, and passing and juggling exercises.
A number of instructional videos are also included to help participants learn the skills.
The HTP can be downloaded here.
