Running from 3pm-9pm at the Great Lakes Aquatic and Leisure Centre on Lake Street, Forster, the summer fair will once again feature a host of food stalls offering tantalising cuisine from around the world.
On top of this there'll be rides for the kids, live music and a number of retail stalls.
A gold coin donation is the only entry fee and there'll also be free parking and an ATM onsite.
Organiser Sam Adams explained the event's genesis to the Great Lakes Advocate and how it has expanded from the city.
"Initially the markets started as a way to bring the community together in Sydney," he said.
"We wanted to give the community a large variety of different food stalls and something for the whole family to enjoy and from there it has grown to be a huge weekend event which includes shopping opportunities and rides for the kids.
"We then decided to explore coming out into the regions."
Established in 2015, the night markets now run up to six nights a week in Sydney with regular excursions out into regional areas such as the Mid North Coast.
"When people arrive there will certainly be the wow factor with lots going on for everyone to enjoy," Mr Adams said.
