A 44-year-old Elands man pleaded not guilty to two counts of stalking/intimidating and one count of carrying a cutting weapon when he appeared in Forster Local Court this morning, Friday, November 15.
Magistrate Ross Hudson refused Michael Frederick Perkins bail and adjourned the matter for mention at Forster on January 7, 2020.
He was excused from appearing at the January matter.
Mr Perkins was charged with two counts of stalk or intimidation intending to cause fear or physical or mental harm (personal violence offence) and carrying a cutting weapon (knife).
Manning Great Lakes Police District officers allege Mr Perkins threatened two NSW Rural Fire Service volunteers with physical harm at Elands on Thursday, November 14.
