Halfback Adrian Davis, who signed with the first grade team midway through last season, has accepted the role of first grade captain/coach in 2020 and will be assisted by former coach Phil Adamson.
Davis had a strong impact upon joining the team last year, steering the side to a near-upset over competition leader's Macleay Valley Rangers in his debut game, followed by straight victories throughout the remainder of the season.
He'll bring with him a wealth of experience from his time in both the NSW and QLD Cup systems, where he had the privilege of learning under a number of NRL coaches.
Kyle Carmody will once again serve as reserve grade coach, with the goal of taking his team one step further in 2020.
After a terrific season in 2019, his boys suffered a disappointing loss in the grand final to minor premiers the Wingham Tigers.
He'll be joined by 200-game veteran Chris Coulton, who's stepped into the assistant coach's role.

Lyn Eason will look to do likewise in 2020, after the Hawks league tag girls went down in the grand final to the Port City Breakers.
A Group Three premiership-winning representative coach and player, she'll no doubt excel in her latest role.
Former NRL and English Super League player Luke Felsch will take over the role of the under-18.5s coach, looking to inject new life into the side after a disappointing 2019 season.
After serving as coach of a strong under-16s Hawks team in 2019, Felsch will bring with him a number of talented players making the leap up in grades.
The club has also attracted increased player and volunteer numbers over the past season, accompanied by increased numbers through the gates, with support growing throughout the season as the Hawks put on impressive performances across the grades.
This grassroots support has been matched by increased sponsorship, as a number of local businesses have decided to get behind the club.
The Hawks will begin pre-season training in December, where numbers are expected to be strong if early interest is any indication.
The committee continue to work hard behind the scenes to plan a successful season ahead, which will kick off with the return of the very successful Hawks Open Golf Day and continue into an exciting social calendar for 2020.
