Brenda Marney was excused from appearing before magistrate Ross Hudson in Forster Local Court on July 9 and her bail application was refused.

The 73-year-old woman was remanded in custody on June 21 after breaking her bail conditions.
Ms Marney pleaded not guilty to 10 charges including acts of cruelty to a baby pelican and an adult pelican when she appeared in Forster Local Court on May 22 following her arrest on May 4.
The case will next be heard on August 27 at Forster Court.
