The popular event, to be held on July 27, will attract a bumper field featuring some of the State's best competitors.
Crucial competition points are up for grabs as the event forms the fourth round of the AMSAG Southern Cross Rally Series.
Former Australian rally champion Nathan Quinn has entered the event. He'll take to the course in his ever reliable 1970 Mazda RX2.
Rising star Riley Walters will pair up with local veteran Jeffrey Williamson. The rookie driver will enter the classic with momentum after finishing eighth in round three at Bega.
Jody Mill and Jeff Davies, who also claimed top ten finishes in Bega, will make the trip to Bulahdelah to compete.
This year's event caters for novices to beginners and everyone in between. Competitors can take part in the short course (day only stages) or complete the full course, with later stages to be held under lights.
Like all rounds in the series, grid positions will be determined by a seeding system.
