Forster Croquet Club is holding a 'come and try' day on Saturday, July 6 at its Lake Street courts from 2pm.
Anyone is welcome to come and discover croquet - a unique and addictive game that also allows us to get some exercise by walking a few kilometres. Contact Penny Jude 0414 776 535 or Helen Cooper 0432 060 134.
Holiday activities
Forster-Tuncurry Lions Club's trampolines and putt putt golf course, located Forster side of the bridge, will be open every day of the school holidays from Saturday, July 6 until Sunday, July 21 from 10am until 4pm. Staffed by Forster Tuncurry Lions Club volunteers.
Bush walk
The National Parks Association will be holding a grade four walk of approximately 13 kilometrew in the Dooragan National Park on Saturday, July 6. The walk will be on old logging trails and involves a very steep ascent, with a 500m elevation gain, while the descent is a little gentler. Views at the top are spectacular.
