Hosted by the Forster Tennis Club, the tournament looks set to attract more than 800 participants and spectators to the region, with competitors ranging from juniors to seniors.
In addition to the championships, there will also be coaching courses, social events and more.
Tennis NSW member services and marketing assistant Tayla Wilson said the annual tournament was always a major attraction.
"The NSW Country Championships is considered the most prestigious country tennis event on the Tennis NSW calendar," she said.
"There will be activities and events for everyone."
Among these activities is the Business House Pro-Am, which will be held on Monday, July 8 from 6:30pm - 9pm.
A night of social tennis open to community groups and business houses, it will feature tennis legends Sam Groth, Kim Warwick, Mark Edmondson, John Marks and Greg Healey.
"This is a great opportunity to play against some of Australia's highly regarded tennis players," Ms Wilson said.
Steeped in history, the championships have been contested since the 1920s and previous winners include Evonne Goolagong Cawley, Jason Stoltenberg, Mark Edmondson and Ashley Fisher to name a few.
For those wanting to enter a team into the Business House Pro-Am, please contact Brendan Lee on 0458 243 472 or brendan.lee@tennis.com.au to secure a spot.
The cost is $100 per team or $30 per individual.
