Taree, Forster-Tuncurry and Gloucester Quota clubs donated $3414 to Early Connections, an organisation in Taree that works in early childhood development.
About $1200 was donated from each club to help support the purchase of new equipment and provision of services.
Early Connections is a not for profit organisation on the Mid North Coast, with a team of professionals committed to delivering excellence in early childhood intervention for children with delayed development or disability.
Services of Early Connections include occupational therapy and speech pathology, which can assist with children's transition into mainstream schooling.
As Quota International is a non profit organisation devoted to empowering women, children, the deaf and hard-of-hearing, and people with speech difficulties in communities around the world, this donation was a perfect fit.
