Despite predictions of a cool change, inland parts of the Great Lakes will have little reprieve from the hot weather with temperatures remaining in the mid 30s throughout the weekend following today’s predicted top of 44 degrees.

However, along the coast temperatures were predicted to remain in the high 20s – despite moving into the low 30s on both Wednesday and Thursday – with a more comfortable 24 degrees on Sunday.
Night-time temperatures along the coast will continue around the 21-22 degree mark, while away from the coast tonight the temperature will fall to 19 degrees, 24 on Saturday and 20 on Sunday.
The sun will continue to shine throughout the weekend, while rural communities could expect a clearing shower on Sunday.
Temperatures will start to climb again early in the week along while inland communities can expect late thunderstorms.
