A 20-year-old P2 driver has had her licence suspended for six months and her registration plates confiscated for three months after being clocked by police driving at 151km/h in a 100km/h zone.

The woman was driving north along the Pacific Highway, Nabiac at 12.40am last Saturday, December 15 when a stationary police vehicle detected the Mazda 6 on Lidar.
The owner driver was issued with a $2435 infringement notice for exceed speed over 45km/h, and $263 for no P plates.
