POPULAR dessert item Nanna’s Family Apple Pie has been recalled across Australia due to the potential presence of glass in an ingredient.

The recall is on the 600g Nanna’s Family Apple Pie with a best before date of October 21, 2020 or October 22, 2020 only.
It is a result of an equipment failure with the supplier, the NSW Food Authority advises.
No other Nanna's products have been affected by the recall.
Patties Foods Ltd is recalling the product from from Coles, Woolworths, IGA, FoodWorks and other independent supermarkets as a precautionary measure.
The product should be returned to the place of purchase for a full refund.
The NSW Food Authority advises food products containing glass may cause injury if consumed.
