He was arrested late on Friday night, November 9.
The 25-year-old was observed graffiti spraying black paint onto a parked b-double trailer by a person associated with the trailer.
The Forster man was confronted and detained by this person and police were called to the scene.
The follow on investigation by police identified a number of locations which had been subjected to graffiti by the same person which included concrete overpass at the Pacific Highway, road signs and a real estate agent sign.
The male cleaned up the paint from the trailer.
He will attend Forster Local Court in December charged with malicious damage offences.
