The Forster Tuncurry Hawks have announced their new coaches for the first and reserve grade sides.
Phil (Tower) Adamson has again been named as first grade coach, and Kyle Carmody will resume his position as reserve grade coach.
"I'd just like to thank all our sponsors and supporters," Adamson said.
“Results on the field didn't go our way but it's off the field is where the improvement has been this season. The bond that has been created off the field as got us really excited for the future.
“We have a good group of kids coming through who have tasted first grade over the last year or two; add a couple of experienced players into the mix and the future looks strong.
“It is also a credit to Kyle and the effort he put into guiding the reserve grade side around this year."
Helping to oversee and recruitment for both senior grades will be David (Chubbs) Elliott and Mick Perry.
David has coached the under 18.5s for the past two seasons and is a former first grade grand final winning captain coach.
Mick has been a long-term proud supporter of the Hawks, which should help ease the burden and add some experience to the coaching and playing ranks through recruitment.
Applications for the under 18s and women’s league tag are still open and are set to close on September 30.
To register interest, email the club at Forstertuncurryhawks@hotmail.com, or mail to P.O Box 6, Tuncurry.
