The Tuncurry-Forster Tigers fell to Taree Wildcats 3-2 in the Football Mid North Coast Premier League clash at Taree on the weekend.
Level 1-1 at the break, the home side took the points with a couple of second half goals.
They now sit in third place on the table with a catch up game still to be played against Port United.
The Tigers will need to pick themselves up as they now prepare to host the table topping Macleay Valley Rangers this coming weekend.
