What’s on for the children these school holidays
Keep your children entertained throughout these school holidays with a number of free and interesting events.
- Monday, April 23
- Free kids’ movie - Cars 3, 11am and 4pm, Club Forster.
- Scratch art, 2-3pm, Hallidays Point library, bookings essential, 6559 3066. Do your own drawings or use picture templates as you create colourful scratch art boards.
- Painting parrots, 10:30am-12.30pm, Forster library, bookings essential, 6591 7256. Paint beautiful and bright parrots with local natural history artist Stephanie Holm. All materials supplied. Ages 5+ years. Cost $8 per child.
Tuesday, April 24
- Junior introduction to sailing, 9am-11am, Coomba Foreshore, Coomba If you have a child or children (7 -18 years) who would like to try sailing, come along to the Coomba Aquatic Club site, Coomba Places are limited to 20 each day.
