Holy Name Students recently enjoyed their annual cross country event at Pebbly Beach.
Students in the top six places in each age group will now progress to Newcastle for the Diocesan cross country in May.
In the nine year old age bracket, the top six girls were Alexis Hudson, Sophie Scislo, Abby Moelker, Charlotte Cooper, Charlee Pinto and Mia Hamilton.
In the boys event, first place went to Preston Robertson, followed by Nash Syron, Simon Hodges, Lincoln Anderson, Lorenzo Gray and Liam Shanahan.
For the 10 year old boys, Ethan Hudson, Hayden Robertson, James Maloney, Tanaka Gray and Ryan McCabe took the spots, while Lylah Darcy, Jocelyn Reardon, Kalani Ryan, Tahlia Anthony, Ivy Russell and Tylah Weatherburn progressed through.
Out of the 11 year old girls, Hannah Carmichael was the fastest, followed by Lily Hodges, Isabella Fitzgerald, Sophie Pither, Nyoka Syron and Jade Campbell.
Riley Webster took top spot for the boys, followed by Blake Brown, Liam Turner, Locky Stocker, Asher Wright and Jonathan Botros.
Finally, in the 12 year old bracket, Wyle Hodgess, Keegan Herb, Mark Allan, Nash Bowen, Kade Hickson and Bridan McNamara were the fastest boys, and the girls spots were taken by Amy Rowell, Alice Fowle, Larissa Ryan, Madison Paine, Olivia Van Haren and Java Janjic.
