A man is in a serious condition with multiple injuries after falling about seven metres from a balcony in Forster this afternoon, March 12.
The 55-year-old was airlifted by Westpac Rescue Helicopter to John Hunter Hospital, Newcastle with injuries to his legs, pelvis and head.
EARLIER
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter has been tasked from Newcastle on a primary mission to a 55-year-old male suffering multiple injuries sustained in a fall at Forster this afternoon.
Rescue helicopter aircrew officer/media liaison officer, Glen Ramplin released the information at approximately 4.42pm, Monday, March 12.
The helicopter is believed to be heading to Newcastle’s John Hunter Hospital.
