Fans are in for treat as local markets showcase some of the finest wares by local producers and crafty artisans.
Shoppers can browse products ranging from homewares to beauty products, jewellery and fashion, along with artworks and pet accessories.
Shhhh, the Secret Farmers’ Market will be held next Thursday, January 4 from 8am-1pm on the corner of Wynter and Macquarie streets. Taree.
The Secret market is held every Thursday with locally grown and created products including fresh fruit and vegetables, local honey, pastured eggs, fermented food and drinks, jams and chilli sauces, fresh pork and beef, raw cakes, organic pasta, seeds and seedlings, olives and olive oil and lastly flowers.
If you miss the Secret market, there’s always Rudi's Market the following day, including tomorrow, Friday, December 29 from 8am-2pm at 76-78 Kanangra Drive, Taree.
The market also will be held on January 5, 12, 19 and 26.
Take a drive to beautiful Pacific Palms which will hold its market on Sunday, December 31 from 9am-1pm, at Pacific Palms Community Centre, The Lakes Way,
Held on the last Sunday of the month, the Community Centre comes alive with vibrant colours, textures and a great vibe – go and experience it for yourself!
The Palms Markets showcase quality handmade, home grown and home baked products from around the Great Lakes region and beyond.
Sample some fabulous food from around the globe including organic vegetarian curries, Asian noodles and Aussie style barbecues.
See the colourful stalls including eco and fair trade products, jewellery, art, craft, clothes, plants, fruit, veg and beautiful body products.
A jumping castle and pony rides will keep the children entertained while you enjoy an organic coffee and cake on the alfresco deck.
The first Saturday of the month and Bulahdelah comes alive for its monthly markets, on Saturday, January 6 from 8am-1pm, Visitors Centre Grounds.
This small market focuses on native plants, veg seedlings, fruit and veg, great home made cakes and delicacies, crafts, jewellery and clothing.
The first Nabiac Farmers’ Market for 2018 will be held on Saturday, January 27 from 8am to 12pm at the Nabiac Showground.
Local producers supplying quality fresh food to the community on the last Saturday of each month.
Come along to buy really fresh local produce including organic vegies, free range eggs, local fruits, cakes, chocolates, gingerbread, olive products, honey, natural skin care, gourmet goodies, wines, sourdough bread, a variety of plants, locally made crafts, gifts for friends and family, seedlings, chooks and lots more.
