The training will help participants to improve their surfing skills on land, before taking them for a spin in the ocean.

The training is free to participate in, and will run from 9am - 4pm.

People of all levels of surf ability are welcome to take part in the training, from beginner surfers, to those at an intermediate level, and also high performance level surfers.

All female and male surfers or people interested in learning how to surf are welcome. 

Coaching will be provided, with tips and pointers to improve your skills.

Strength and conditioning will be a focus of the training on the day, and wave simulation will be provided to help the learning process.
