The topic was Summer is better than winter with Bulahdelah being the affirmative.
Both schools debated excellently, with strong points of views for and against from each speaker.
The adjudicator spoke highly of both teams and gave team-members some good tips and BCS was awarded the win.
The team is excited to compete in the finals later this term.
BCS debating team extended their thanks to Mr Pye and Mrs Vella for coaching them and for transport.
