It is unfortunate that I must write my stolen goods in custody at Forster LALC has made me tense about my intellectual, cultural and biological property rights attached to the signage.
In theory the sign could have been copied and used in cultural detail for educational information for certain person’s own benefit in some other external purpose.
With China as a significant trading partner to the Australia and current theft of intellectual property I certainly am very wary as to the implications of my property signage.
There are far-reaching implications with stolen goods especially intellectual property rights today.
It is a criminal matter, theft is theft.
The sign will go back on the Cemetery Hill for bloodline family and their education and connection to the whole of Worimi Country.
I also want to publicly remove lies or rumours about me as chief custodian Elvina being up there for self-interest at Tobwabba.
I am qualified in education it allows me to see many things and working with Tobwabba Cemetery Hill makes it a whole lot clearer.
Who is riding who on whose back.
You see me hard working in my ancestry at Tobwabba Yuri Djaribaa.
I do not belong to Forster LALC or Midcoast Council for both are creatures of the State government.
The law comes to me in a different way but it is the same.
Things can be carried out in a proper way if they used qualified people.
I want to make this very clear my sign is not up for discussion at any future Forster LALC meeting.
I do not give consent for my sign to be raised.
I will be putting the sign up again for the families.
I am not party to the halls of injustice or the unjust or trying to make out that Forster LALC have authority over me and my sign so they look as if they approve me.
It is absolutely abhorrent and to the extreme of repugnant.
The sign represents Tobwabba family history and heritage of bloodline to Tobwabba Yuri Djaribaa.
It was meant to be my gift for the present and future generations of children and their education.
A perfect healing process with good intentions abundantly clear.
Education hmm.
You’d swear someone did not want families educated about Tobwabba its history and heritage of the land as well.
