The annual meeting has now been put back to Sunday, December 5, also at the services club.
Presentation was originally scheduled for Friday, September 25. However, this was postponed when the area was placed in lockdown. The annual meeting was originally to be held on Sunday, November 14.
"Group management would prefer to have the all the clubs' 2022 executive/delegates in attendance at the annual meeting,'' group chief executive Mal Drury said.
"So it was decided to postpone the group AGM until all clubs had finalised their own annual meetings.''
The Group Three competition was a victim of the State-wide lockdown, with no further matches played after Saturday, August 14.
Meanwhile, Nathan Campbell has taken over as Forster-Tuncurry's captain-coach. Campbell had extensive experience playing in the Newcastle competition before joining the Hawks.
This year's coach, Tom Freeman, will be Campbell's assistant.
