An expert pathologist and a toxicologist will be called to give evidence regarding the alleged murder of Ballarat mother Kobie Parfitt in November.

At a mention hearing at the Ballarat Magistrates' Court on Friday morning, prosecutors and defence agreed 10 witnesses in total would be called, including the police informant and experts.
Applications were made for a total of 12 witnesses, however lawyers agreed two extra police witnesses would not be required.
The committal hearing is still set to begin on November 23, and will be extended from two days to three, with potentially part of a fourth to complete hearing evidence and cross-examination of each witness.
Four people were charged with the alleged murder of Ms Parfitt after her body was found dumped in a Snake Valley mineshaft - Shannon Jeffrey, Brendon Prestage, Renee Reynolds, and Jacob Ford.
On Thursday, Ford appeared in the Supreme Court for a bail application, which is still pending in front of Justice Lesley Taylor.
It was revealed in that hearing Ms Parfitt's exact cause of death has still not yet been determined.
