"Any builder can build a home, but it's the ethics and desire to make peoples experience as easy and special as possible that makes Pycon different from many other builders," says interior designer, Lory Suitor.

Lory has over 15 years of experience in the building and design fields. In 2015, she embarked on a career change after qualifying as an interior designer. She says she has been doing what she loves ever since.

"I have been fortunate enough to work on many projects, including eight display homes, multi-unit residential buildings, and project homes through to prestige custom homes. These projects involved completing design work, selection of products and finishes, through to styling of the finished spaces," says Lory.

"Often I am required to complete these tasks to fit a budget. Many of these projects have resulted in being recognised by industry bodies winning multiple awards.

"Pycon have many beautiful well-thought-out designs. It's the quality of finish, the quality of products, and the quality of the trades that make Pycon's homes different and real value for money."

Pycon has three display homes; two can be found in the Sovereign Hills Display Village in Port Macquarie, and there is an exciting new display home in Forster Grange Estate, Forster.

All three display homes showcase the Pycon quality difference, but each has individual aesthetic appeal and level of finishes.

"The Oceanic display home in Forster is the home you must see," says Lory. "The home has a contemporary finish featuring textured timber feature walls, black tapware and a resort-style bathroom with skylights. The large outdoor entertaining areas flow nicely into the dining and living spaces."

Pycon approach every new project as though they're building a new home for family and friends. They don't just build houses; they manage every technical aspect to the highest standard, with quality control and checks throughout the entire process.

Their fixed-price contract approach includes everything needed to build a new home, including plans, reports, approvals and inclusions. That means a price with no surprises and no unwanted variations.
