The campaign will be specifically targetted towards the Sydney and Newcastle markets.
This is the first campaign of its kind for council and follows a difficult 18 months with the region impacted by drought, bushfires, heavy rains and COVID-19 restrictions, MidCoast Council growth, economic development and tourism manager, Deb Tuckerman said.
The campaign invites local tourism operators to purchase partner packages within the campaign and allows a closer working relationship through a more collaborative approach between council's team, the engaged marketing experts and the businesses involved.

The Barrington Coast team hopes to see the campaign capitalise on the high levels of domestic travel currently being experienced in NSW as international travel remains on hold.
Ms Tuckerman said there would be a carefully constructed mix of online, outdoor and social media tiers.
"The digital space is where consumers are looking at the moment, so that's where most of our focus will be," she said.
