The former MidCoast Water office at 16 Breese Parade is for sale or lease, while 18 Breese Parade, the vacant block on the corner of Breese Parade and Goldens Road, is for sale.
The block measures about 3088 square metres and is zoned R2, allowing for a variety of housing types, facilities and services.
The properties are on the market as part of the MidCoast Council's endorsed financing strategy for its new administration and customer service centre at Yalawanyi Ganya, at Taree South.
"Part of the funding strategy involves the sale or lease of a number of council properties," general manager Adrian Panuccio said.
Colliers Newcastle is currently marketing the 16 and 18 Breese Parade Forster properties.
Offers will also be considered for the purchase of the two Breese Parade properties and expressions of interest close with Colliers on March 31, Mr Panuccio said.
Colliers was selected to market the properties after going through a competitive tender process, he said.
