Great Lakes dismissed the visitors for a lowly 86, before a combined batting effort saw them reach the required run total in 27 overs.
James Fuller had the most success among the bowlers, taking 3/18 across eight overs, while Blake Clark also picked up a pair of wickets.
Rhett MacGregor was the best of the batsmen, scoring 28, while Drew Townsend hit 18.
It was Great Lakes' second win over Wingham for the season, after they beat them comfortably in round one to claim the Lleyton Blissett Shield.
Unfortunately for the defending premiers there was no movement on the ladder, with front runners Taree United staying three points ahead after they defeated Gloucester at Chatham Park in another low-scoring affair.
In third grade, competition leaders Bulahdelah dug themselves out of a shocking top and middle order collapse to scrape past Taree West Strikers in what could've been the upset of the round.
Chasing just 59 after six of the Strikers batsmen went for ducks, Bulahdelah lost three of their own to ducks and were a dismal 8/18 by the time Geoff Matheson got to the crease.
Glen Morante was then dismissed for two, leaving Bulahdelah in dire straits at 9/22.
Enter Cooper Bramston, who ultimately combined with Matheson for a winning 10th wicket partnership that should earn both men legend status in the highway-side town for at least the next week.
Less dramatic was Great Lakes Gold's loss to Old Bar, with Gold simply unable to run down Old Bar's total of 157 after their lower order collapsed.

Great Lakes Green continued their winning streak, posting 8/149 before dismissing Old Bar-Harrington for 117.
Opener Michael Adams was particularly strong for Green, scoring 56 before he was caught off a Brad Williams ball.
Harpeet Singh was also reliable at the crease, following up last round's half-century with a total of 37.
Sebastian Strong proved devastating once Old Bar-Harrington started batting, taking 5/19 in 5.4 overs.
Dave O'Sullivan and Damien Bestwick also claimed a pair of wickets apiece.
Pacific Palms weren't so lucky, suffering their second loss in as many weeks when Taree United chased down their total of 88 in just 22 overs.
With five rounds remaining in the third grade competition, Bulahdelah currently sit nine points ahead of second-placed Great Lakes Gold, with Pacific Palms in fourth and Great Lakes Green in seventh.
