Covering the first six months of 2021, the new program offers something for everyone, showcasing comedy, dance, film and a variety of music, all delivered in a COVID-safe environment following NSW Health guidelines.
"Recent advice from the NSW Government means we can increase our capacity to 75 per cent, giving more of the Mid Coast community a chance to 'make it to the MEC' in 2021", theatre manager, Chris Tippett said.
"Not only are we thrilled to be opening the doors on a new year, but the line-up we've secured for the first half of year is something spectacular."
The 2021 program kicks off on Friday, February 5 with The Rock Show Oz Edition, featuring the Trilogy of Rock with Steve Mulry from the Ted Mulry Gang.
Along with honouring late Aussie rock icon, Jon English, you'll be treated to an outstanding repertoire of classic Aussie rock tunes from the 60s, 70s and 80s.
From the legendary Ian Moss's Matchbook Anniversary Tour later in February, the hugely popular Melbourne International Comedy Festival in June, and iconic John Williamson in July, a diverse range of performances will appeal to all tastes and age groups.

Add to that, the electric dance of A Taste of Ireland, the musically daring and expressive Grigoryan Brothers, or the elegance of An Afternoon at the Proms, and you're spoiled for choice.
"We're always looking to provide a diverse range of acts of the highest quality and this really does that", Chris said.
"Along with presenting entertainment to our community, we're also proud to provide the stage for our performing community, again hosting the popular Taree and District Eisteddfod from April through to June."
For the first time, the new season program is presented digitally, ensuring it can be updated quickly if new shows are confirmed throughout the season, with many productions still finalising arrangements due to these uncertain times.
