NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) plans to undertake a hazard reduction burn along The Lakes Way, south of Forster tomorrow morning, Friday, September 18.

Depending on safe and suitable weather conditions, the burn will be held between 10am and 2pm between access roads for Camp Elim and the Great Lakes Sailing Club.
However, the plan could change before or during the event if conditions are not safe for the burn.
Motorists are urged to exercise caution, drive to the conditions and be patient during this period when a single lane stop/slow traffic control will be in place.
