Yesterday Hunter New England Health added yet another site to the list - anyone who visited Sushi Revolution in Hamilton on Saturday, August 1, from noon to 1pm is also now required to immediately self-isolate and seek testing.
Earlier in the day, HNEH advised anyone who visited Wests New Lambton on Sunday, August 2, from 5pm to 7.30pm to immediately self-isolate and seek testing.
There were eight confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the health district, among them a young Newcastle Jets player, who is a student of St Pius X, and a relative of his, a man in his 20s.
Also on Thursday the Bennett Hotel and Greenroof at Hamilton alerted patrons they were closed for deep cleaning.
Patrons at several other venues, including McDonald Jones Stadium (from 7.30pm Sunday) have been urged to watch for symptoms and seek testing if they develop.
