Running from 8am-3pm, the event will help supplement the lack of fundraising the organisation has been able to complete this year as a result of COVID-19.
Great Lakes Palliative Care president, Deidre Stokes, says the group will have a large range of plants, clothing, shoes and bric-a-brac on offer at a great price.
"There's good quality clothing and some nice plants," she said.
"There's plenty of stuff there."

Originally scheduled to kick off in March, Ms Stokes said it was disappointing to have to postpone the monthly event because of the pandemic.
"The other thing was we weren't able to meet," she added.
"There were quite a few months there where we weren't able to get together."
Now back up and running again since June, Ms Stokes said they intended to continue with their plans to hold a garage sale every month.
Aside from raising funds, Ms Stokes said the garage sales would also serve to let the community know the organisation was still playing an active and vital role in the community.
"Despite COVID, we're still there for anyone in need," she said.
"Personal care, respite, assistance with domestic work, wigs are still being provided."
