In the heart of the village is the new drive-by art gallery, #01sqm an innovative and exciting initiative where artwork measuring one square metre is displayed on the exterior walls of the popular Blueys Motel.
The unique initiative gives local artists of all mediums the opportunity to show-off their talents.
Each piece, mounted on either five millimetre aluminium composite or 5-10mm weatherproof board, which includes the artist's Instagram tag along with the #01sqm and #BlueysBeach hashtags.
The drive-by gallery in Blueys Beach is designed to capture the welcoming spirit of our community that permeates throughout the Barrington Coast.

According to #01sqm drive-by curator, El Rattray, her vision is to inject a pop of colour and interest into the village while at the same time showcasing artists and their art which resonates with the relaxed, casual lifestyle and natural beauty that locals and visitors experience when exploring the region.
"The drive-by gallery in Blueys Beach is designed to capture the welcoming spirit of our community that permeates throughout the Barrington Coast," El said.
The gallery is free to visitors and artwork is for sale through the artist's Instagram tag.
Behind the 01sqm installation is the new-look Blueys Motel with a host of novel finishing touches, fabulous bespoke furnishings including a collection of original work by local artist, Nicole Bramble, in every room, while a collection of fashionable, but functional Nusa Indah Surfboards, by Forster designer, Jada Stanley also is on display in the executive rooms of the four-star boutique motel.
